The Southeast Texas Baseball Academy presents the Nations 11U & 12U Select National Championship. The complex features 12 artificial turf fields designed for optimal play in the 11U & 12U age divisions.
Congratulations on an outstanding season and welcome to the 2012 Nations Baseball 11U & 12U Mid-South Select National Championship. It will be our goal to create an experience that the players, coaches and families will remember for the rest of their lives. The 2012 Nations Baseball 11U & 12U Mid-South Select National Championship will be played in Beaumont, Texas on July 10th - 15th, 2012 at Ford Park.
The Nations Baseball program will use the "Pool-Play" format in its National Championships. The exact format of the tournament, e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc., will be set by the Tournament Director following Nations Baseball guidelines. Age groups are determined based on a players age on 4/30/12. Teams must be classified in the "Select" division to participate in this event. The tournament will be a five game guarantee to include a three game pool play and double elimination.
Your team's entry form, official roster, and cashier's check or money order only, for the entry fee must be received by your state director by July 1st, 2012. The State Director will then forward this material with your official roster and a letter of transmittal to the National Championship Headquarters to guarantee your spot in the tournament. Your entry fee, in the amount of $595 should be made payable to the Southeast Texas Baseball Academy; PO Box 20412; Beaumont, TX 77720-0412. Teams that register & pay by June 1, 2012 will only pay $400 entry fee.
All players participating in Nations Baseball tournament play shall have photocopies of their original birth certificates in the possession of their team manager or posted online on the Nations Baseball website. Failure to have a copy of the birth certificate available upon demand, if not approved online, will result in the offending team losing the game, being ejected from the tournament, being placed last in the standings and forfeiting all awards, sponsors travel money and tournament berths they would have been awarded at the tournament. Any team that has not previously played at Ford Park will need to fill out a Player Liability Form from our website www.setexasbaseballacademy.com .
